Based on the famous UK-based game show, “Who Wants to be a Millionaire”, the show kept us stuck to the TV for an hour daily when Amitabh Bachchan used to make a grand entry on small screen. Since the prize money was huge, everyone tried their luck to reach the hot seat. For Indian audience, it was completely a new concept and raised the hopes of middle class groups in India who felt excited every time contestants brought the prize money back to home.
